Nik and Mick decided to set up their own organisation after working for various sport's clubs. Also having 7 boys between them trying to look for clubs for them to get involved with wasn't easy.

Nik started as a parent like most of us, picking and dropping the older 2 boys off at GAD Khalsa FC an asian team which at the time was building up their youth Academy. As the only parent who used to stay around while his kids were training Nik was forced to become a coach/mananger and was quickly enrolled on a Level 1 coaching football course and the rest is history.......
